Keeping with the theme of yummy, healthy sides and snacks, I was thrilled to come across this in The Great American Eat-Right Cookbook. My aunt passed this cookbook on to me the year I asked for recipes for Christmas!
The cookbook shows use of strawberries, blackberries, all kinds of melons, pineapple, grapes and more. We took some of the suggestions and added some of our favorites, too!
Now the only fruit dip I have ever really had and can hardly be strayed from is the classic marshmallow fluff and cream cheese concoction. I’m so happy though to add this new, not so rich and filling dipping sauce that I enjoy to my recipe collection!
My husband and I enjoyed this super easy and delicious treat over the summer. Not so much lately as the season is ending for a lot of our favorite fruits. But we’ll be sure to bring it back out next year!
