Chocolate and salty goodness? Yes please!
I’ve made fudge before and the outcome has always been spotty, especially with how it sets up. But Lacey Bean at Perks of Being a JAP shared this recipe. I could not turn down this combo and decided to give it a try.
It set up great and tasted good except it was a little too rich for my taste. But I did manage to eat most of it, so whatever that means! Come to think of it I did have trouble finding the right kind of chocolate, perhaps what I used was part of the ‘too rich’ problem I experienced.
My husband especially enjoyed it though. For someone who isn’t a big fan of chocolate and only slowly eats it in incredibly small quantities, not sure how he enjoyed it more than my choco-holic self.
