I’ve become more comfortable with frying in just the last year. When Jenn at Once Upon a Chef posted this recipe for Butermilk Fried Chicken Tenders, it immediately went on my list to make. It’s so easy and delicious! I especially appreciated her tip of frying in a bigger pot with higher sides. I am definitely not a fan of splatters when I just use a skillet.
My first frying experience with chicken and they turned out crisp and yummy! And you can’t go wrong pairing this main dish with mashed potatoes! Even if they are instant!!
