The first Asian dish for the blog. Thanks, Real Simple Meals Made Easy! I do not care for the peanuts but bring on the duck sauce! I had my first egg roll a couple years ago and quickly learned that duck sauce on egg rolls is like icing on cake. We always made sure to request packets when we ordered from the local Chinese take out. Then they recently started charging for it! So, happy to have discovered the ethnic food aisle at my local grocer, I took matters into my own hands. We now have our very own supply of duck sauce. Hence, we both had the same idea when I made this recipe, add duck sauce! Yum! I also recommend serving with a side of white rice to fill out the meal.
