These cookies are pretty popular. So you’re probably wondering why I’d post one more recipe for them into the mix. Well, I’ve come to learn that not all no bake cookie recipes are the same. In fact, I’ve only had two versions of these no bake fudge cookies that are actually good. And this recipe is the best!
I love these cookies as it’s rare that I don’t have all of ingredients on hand. And when I’m in one of chocolate craving moods and I don’t have anything else readily available, these always come through for me and hit the spot. They whip up in only a matter of minutes.
This was another one of the first recipes to help build my very own recipe box. Passed down through my family, it’s a classic. My mom even noted on the recipe that these cookies are also known as Stupid Cookies or even Cow Plops. What name do you know them by?
