- 1 hard-cooked eg
- 1 tsp mayonnaise
- 1 pinch celery salt
- 1 slice wheat bread
Mash the egg with the mayo and celery salt. Spread on the bread and fold in half.

I’m not sure how it’s a good snack for the car. I much rather it as a snack for lunch!
I make about 4-5 hard boiled eggs at the start of the week then get up the next morning, whip it up and then I’ve got lunch for the week!
