Total Time: 20 minutes
- ¾ lb tri-tip or sirloin steak
- 4 red jalapeno peppers
- 4 skewers
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Cut steak into 1½ inch cubes and the red jalapeno peppers into 1-inch-thick rings. Thread onto skewers; season with salt and pepper. Grill over medium-high heat, turning frequently, 6 to 8 minutes for medium-rare. Serve with lime wedges.
This is by far the easiest and quickest meal! And so tastey and filling!
I knew something was missing when I served this. The lime wedges! Doh! I was definitely disappointed when I realized this. When I’d made this meal before the lime wedges really did top it off. The lime juice, spicy pepper and juicy steak are a great flavor combo, so do not forget the lime wedges like I did!
Served with Minted Watermelon Salad, this is a great meal especially in the summertime!
